100-Point Inspection
Not just any previously owned Mazda can become a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. No vehicle qualifies as a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle without
undergoing a rigorous 100-point inspection designed to test every aspect of a vehicle to verify that it meets our standards. We reserve this designation for Mazdas
that are less than five years old, have been driven fewer than 62,000 miles and have passed a comprehensive 100-point vehicle inspection. Certified Mazda technicians
perform every vehicle inspection for cars that qualify for Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle status, scrutinizing 100 systems and components.
Limited Warranty
When you buy a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, you can rest assured that you'll be covered if anything does go wrong. With your Certified Pre-Owned Mazda,
you get an extra level of protection through our 48-month/50,000-mile Certified Limited Warranty (see http://www.mazda.com for details on vehicle qualification). That's
on top of whatever portion of the vehicle's original warranty remains. Typically the original balance of factory warranty covers 36-months and 50,000 miles.
The Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle Program provides the remainder of the Mazda New Vehicle Limited Warranty, if applicable, plus an additional 12 months
or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) of limited warranty coverage after the New Vehicle Limited Warranty expires. This coverage is underwritten by Mazda and
is subject to the terms and conditions detailed on http://www.mazda.com.
Roadside Assistance
If the unexpected should happen - whether it's a flat tire, a dead battery or a breakdown - we've got you covered with complimentary roadside assistance coverage.
The Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle program not only gives you peace of mind that the car you buy will be reliable, but also that we'll keep you covered even if
you get a flat tire or need a jump start. All buyers of a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle will be enrolled in the Mazda Certified Roadside Assistance Program for the
full period of your Mazda Certified Limited Warranty. The enrollment comes at no cost to you, and provides you with 24-hour access to the service.
Program Details:
Coverage: The Mazda Certified Roadside Assistance Program covers you and all your family members with valid driver's licenses. It is valid only when you or your
family members drive your vehicle during the entire length of your CPO extended warranty.
Available Services: The Mazda Certified Roadside Assistance Program provides emergency towing (to the nearest Mazda dealer), minor mechanical repairs, jump starts,
flat tire changes, gas or oil delivery, and lockout assistance. We can also make necessary arrangements for you, such as rental car and hotel reservations. And we'll call
your home or office to advise family members or colleagues of your inconvenience. We'll take care of just about anything for you.
Your Costs: There is never a charge to you for roadside service, lockout assistance, or towing to the nearest Mazda dealership. However, you will be responsible for
the expenses and personal services we arrange for you, such as rental car or hotel room.
