When it comes to safety features, you get standard blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, driver attention alert, and a rearview camera. 

2.5 S Preferred 2024 CX-50

Your next trim option is the 2.5 S Preferred that has a starting price of $31,650. The 2.5 S Preferred still offers you the base engine, but it adds some additional features for you. This vehicle adds features like heated front seats with three level adjustment, an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with power lumbar support, dual heated side mirrors, and a rear power liftgate.

2.5 S Premium

The 2.5 S Premium trim has a starting price of $34,000, and it adds features like roof-mounted shark fin antenna, a panoramic moonroof with one-touch open, a premium Bose 12-speaker audio system, wireless device charging, and SiriusXM satellite radio.

2.5 S Premium Plus

Your next option is the 2.5 S Premium Plus. This trim option has a starting price of $37,500, and it adds features like a windshield-projected active driving display so that you can see turn-by-turn navigation or other essential driving information displayed right in front of your line of sight. You also add ventilated front seats with three level adjustment, 10-inch aluminum alloy wheels with black metallic finish, and automatic power folding side mirrors.

2.5 Turbo

The 2.5 Turbo trim will have a starting price of $38,000, and it is the first option that has your turbocharged engine. The turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine jumps up to 256-horsepower and 320 pound-feet of torque. This engine option also includes a towing mode to give you extra capability. The 2.5 Turbo trim level can tow up to 3,500 pounds. This trim option also adds features like LED combination tail lights with signature lighting, and an adaptive front lighting system. You also add the option of Zircon Sand Metallic exterior paint and Terracotta leather for the interior.

2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition

This special edition option will start out at a price of $40,800. The 2.5 Turbo Meridian Edition includes features like terracotta leather trimmed seats, 18-inch aluminum alloy wheels with black metallic finish, all-terrain tires, and meridian hood graphics. The exterior can only be found with one of two colors, which are polymetal gray metallic and zircon sand metallic.

This trim adds features like an auto dimming driver’s side mirror, heated rear seats, a navigation system, traffic sign recognition, parking sensors, a 360-degree surround-view monitor, traffic jam assist, and reverse automatic emergency braking.
