SMS Terms of Service - Seacoast Mazda


1. SMS Communications
Messages received are transactional or informational SMS communications regarding account notifications, appointment confirmations, customer care, dealership updates, and related services.

2. Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did previously and we will resume sending SMS messages.

3. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at 603-436-6811.

4. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with the dealership. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
